Marketing Communicetion of the Primary School

Marketing communication of the primary school ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of marketing communication in education. The aim of the thesis is to compare marketing communication of primary schools in the capital city and primary schools the district of Nymburk. The thesis is focused on the comparison of marketing communication between those schools and parents of pupils who attend them. These findings will be based on electronic questionnaires which were sent to parents of pupils from five primary schools in Prague 12 and five primary schools in the district of Nymburk. The aim of the interview will beat least 70 % return on the total of 300 questionnaires sent out. Subsequently, the questionnaire survey will be evaluated and differences in marketing communication in Prague and in Nymburk district will be analyzed. The research focuses on the differences in the marketing tools used, the complexity of the informations provided through the primary school website, and the question if communication is the most important factor in the choice of primary school. Influence of the modern IT/ICT on the enterprise communication

Nowadays communication is a key factor of success. There are more and more demands placed on it, especially for its speed, accuracy and quality. These three factors influence the direction of individuals as well as companies. Choosing the right communication channel is necessary for the best efficiency of communication. This choice is closely related to the type of message; different kinds of messages should use different communication channels. This thesis focuses on the overview of modern communication channels in companies. The channels such as Instant Messaging, e-mail, Task Managent along with classic meetings or phone will be described. Then the thesis will analyze the communication in one of the largest Czech computer stores and electronics, assess its effectiveness and propose recommendations for improvement.
Communication process in selected municipality

This work deals with the communication process in small town called Malšice. In introductory theoretic part there is a definition and description of municipalities (definition, municipal authorities), definition and characteristics of communication (communication function, types of communication, verbal and nonverbal communication, communication between citizens and Office). The application section describes the current communicational process in small town Malšice. It is focused on the internal and the external communication including communication channels and means, on the comparison with other small town and proposal for changes to improve the current state of communication.

In the literary section is clarification and extension of the concept of communication. The practical part was focused on familiarization with the company , its divisions, where they are heading and how communication takes place.
External and internal communication analysis in the company XY

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the communication of a certain company, to identify its weaknesses and to suggest improvements of the current state. To analyze the communication, standardized dialogues with kingpins in the firm, questionnaire research and a study of the company documentation were used. Owing to talks to one of the employees, after familiarization with the operating and fundamental processes of the company, all employees were sent an online questionnaire, which was answered by 21 of the complete number of 24. Simultaneously, dialogues with other four persons were made. Results of the dialogues and questionnaire research were analyzed and the state of communication inside and outside the firm was described. The communication inside the firm is not on a low level, but there are significant reserves in some areas conducive to improvement. Recommendations for improving the situation are described in a separate chapter.
Analysis of internal and external communication in a specific organization

This work deals with internal and external communications, both in theory and in practical terms. Findings from the theoretical parts are used in the analysis of communication specific organization. The theoretical part deals with different forms, types, resources and communication tools. The practical part is realized by an analysis of internal communication, both vertical and horizontal plane and the analysis of external communications with external entities. The analysis of communication is supported by a questionnaire survey which is then evaluated and is based on specific recommendations designed to improve communication within the organization.
Zásady vnější firemní vizuální komunikace-metodika hodnocení webových stránek

Používanie správnych a efektívnych komunikačných nástrojov je v súčasnej dobe jedným zo základných faktorov úspechu podnikania. Cieľom práce je upozorniť na dôležitú zložku komunikačného mixu, ktorým firmy pôsobia na svojich potenciálnych i stávajúcich zákazníkov, a to na vizuálnu komunikáciu. V súčasnej dobe síce existuje celá rada metodík, ktoré pomáhajú hodnotiť kvalitu webových prezentácií, máloktoré sa však zameriavajú na hodnotenie webových stránok z hľadiska ich vizuálnej komunikácie k zákazníkovi. Kompiláciou a doplnením stávajúcich, práca prichádza s návrhom vlastnej metodiky, ktorá bude zameraná práve na hodnotenie kvality webových prezentácií z hľadiska vizuálnej komunikácie.
